Stroller Aerobics- New!

Come take a fun, stroller-based workout you can do while spending time outside with your baby. This is a 45-minute workout that alternates between 5 minute cardio intervals (pushing the stroller) and short toning sessions using the stroller as support. Spend quality time with your little one and get a great workout at the same time! (BK)
