The Counselor in Training (CIT) Program is for teens who want to learn to work with children and develop leadership skills. This program is perfect for any teen who wishes to be a counselor one day. CITs will work with either Camp Butterflies or Camp Adventure, under the supervision of the Camp Director and CIT Director. CITs will help set up and lead games, crafts, activities, help clean up, assist all counselors, and assist with supervision at pool time. Potential CITs must fill out an application and come in for an interview, just like a full day counselor. CITs will go through training before camp begins and will meet regularly throughout the summer. The CIT fee includes a t-shirt, field trips, entrance to the waterpark and trainings. Camp will follow all current COVID guidelines. *No Class July 4
