Volunteer Opportunities

The Itasca Park District offers teens in Grade 6th-8th from Peacock Middle School or
St. Luke's School the opportunity to volunteer throughout the year. By volunteering at
the park district, teens can fulfill required community service hours. Volunteers must

Summer Volunteer Opportunities

This summer, the park district is looking for a handful of volunteers, grades 6th-8th from Peacock or St. Luke’s Schools to help with our younger day camps. Hours will vary depending on the number of campers and how many volunteers sign up for a session. Sessions are 2 weeks and teens are expected to be available between the hours of 9 am and 12 pm for the entire 2 week session. If a teen has a prior commitment or restricted schedule, please indicate this on their volunteer application. (ER)
