Walk to Run

Looking for a way to get some exercise and fulfill your goal of participating in a 5K? Condition yourself to race 3 miles safely and effectively in this 10-week, walk-to-run program that starts outdoors and moves indoors to the track as weather dictates.

Dr. Erin Ducat and her team at Ducat Chiropractic and Sports Medicine lead each session that includes educational workshops on proper stretching, shoes, equipment, heart rate monitoring, and strengthening. Discounted registration will be available for the April Fools 5K Run on Saturday, April 2nd in Bloomingdale. (BK).


Water is provided, and pace leaders are CPR certified. Please wear comfortable clothing with athletic socks and shoes.

Participants should be able to comfortably walk for 30 minutes before starting the program and upon completion will be able to run 3.1 miles.
